Legal regulation of advertising activity

1. the Law of the Republic of Belarus "On advertising";

2. the decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus 03.06.1996 № 210 "About some questions of implementation of promotional activities";

3. the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus dated 09.03.2005 No. 3 "On certain measures to combat trafficking in persons";

4. decision of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus 12.11.2007 No. 1497 "On the implementation of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "On advertising" (according to the decree approved by the 4 provisions:

4.1 .the regulations on the procedure of placement (distribution) in the territory of the Republic of Belarus of advertisements of alcoholic beverages and tobacco products in the media;

4.2. the regulations on the procedure of placement (distribution) in the territory of the Republic of Belarus of advertizing of products, goods, works and services produced on that territory;

4.3. the regulations on the procedure of placement (distribution) in the territory of the Republic of Belarus of outdoor advertising and its means, advertisement on automobile vehicles, tramways, trolleybuses;

4.4. the Situation on the procedure for approval of outdoor advertisement and advertisement on automobile vehicles, tramways, trolleybuses regional (Minsk city) Executive committees).

5. the resolution of the Ministry of trade, Ministry of justice, the Ministry of information of 30.03.2007 No. 19/25/5 "About the placement (distribution) of advertising real estate organizations";

6. Code of the Republic of Belarus on administrative offences.

7. the Decision of Pukhavichy district Executive Committee of 6 April 2009 № 841

8. the Decision of Pukhavichy regional Executive Committee dated 13.01.2014 № 5 "About some questions of formation fees for the placement (distribution) of outdoor advertising in Pukhavichy district
