MINSK, 26 March (BelTA) – Gazprom would like to diversify its banking business in Belarus, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Belgazprombank, Deputy Chairman of the Management Committee, Head of the Department for Finance and Economics of Gazprom Andrei Kruglov told reporters on 26 March, BelTA has learnt.
According to Andrei Kruglov, Gazprom seeks to expand the range of financial services offered by Belgazprombank, the specialized financial institution servicing OAO Gazprom Transgaz Belarus on the territory of Belarus.
The diversification of Gazprombank’s banking business in Belarus was discussed and supported. Belgazprombank will step up efforts to promote its retail banking products and services, support small business and grow further.
