The new line of cheese production is set in the Volozhin branch of Molodechno Dairy Plant. Its capacity will be 15 tons of crude per day.
There will be produced cheeses Russia, as well as an elite group.
Volozhin branch is currently completing the modernization of a cheese production. Already completed work on the hardware and cheese-making area in the Department of Salting, significantly increase the capacity of the ripening of cheese. As expected, the production of new types of elite cheeses help to enter new markets.
