\"Belaruskali\" in 2015 on a quarterly basis will transfer to the budget of the profit of 55% above the minimum mandatory part of 20%, BelTA learned from the press service of the Ministry of Finance.
The corresponding solution is fixed in paragraph 1 of the Decree №655 (entered into force on January 1, 2015) \"On the procedure for payment of the tax on extraction (removal) of natural resources, part of the profit (income), the introduction of fees for the export of oil.\"
According to the document other Belarusian enterprises to the level of profitability of more than 30% in 2015 over and above the minimum mandatory part of the profit to be transferred quarterly received during the reporting period of the profit margin of 30%. This, in particular, the republican and municipal unitary enterprises, gosobedineniyah, non-profit organizations (whose property is on the right of business).
The Finance Ministry have noticed that in connection with these innovations in the form of calculation of the profit (income) to be transferred to the budget established by the decree of Minister №7 dated February 5, 2013, amended.
