The investment project to construct a medical center near the village of Zhdanovichi, Minsk District, will be implemented in 2014-2017. The corresponding decree was signed by Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko on 3 November, BelTA learnt from the press service of the Belarusian head of state.
The capital development department of the Minsk City Hall will be the ordering customer of the project. Belgosproyekt Institute will act as the general developer, while Stroitrest No. 1 will be the general contractor.
The presidential decree creates the necessary conditions for the successful implementation of the investment project.
The works to design and construct the complex will be financed by the central budget and the budget of the city of Minsk.
