Minsk Oblast Executive Committee and the Government of Tyumen oblast signed an agreement «On the trade-economic, scientific-technical and cultural cooperation.» The document was signed during the Forum of Regions of Russia and Belarus.
Their signatures to the agreement put the deputy governor of the Tyumen region, Vladimir Cheymetov and chairman of Minsk Oblast Executive Committee Semyon Shapiro. As the head of the capital region, the document indicates that the region was able to find «common ground» and in the future they will successfully build their relations.
