Free economic zone «Minsk» was created in 1998 in order to attract investment for the organization and development of industries based on new and high technologies
The main investor countries are Great Britain, Russia, USA and Germany. Now a free economic zone «Minsk» is a leader in the country in the number of residents: here \'s operating 146 enterprises. Territory area occupies 19 land plots totaling 2,635 hectares. Much of it is within the boundaries of Minsk Oblast - in Minsk, Dzerzhinsk, Molodechno, Borisov and Stolbtsy districts. One of the major investment projects implemented in the territory of FEZ «Minsk», has become a logistics center «Prilesye». Its first open at the intersection of highways M1/E30 and M4.
