On March 30, 2021, the Minskoblimuschestvo Committee held an auction for the sale of the buildings of the former military town, located in Krupki, Minsk region, owned by the Krupsky District, with the establishment of the initial sale price equal to one base value.
As a result of the auction, which was attended by six bidders, the initial price of the subject of the auction increased more than 200 times!
The new owner plans to use the acquired real estate both for entrepreneurial activity and for residential premises.
