The candidate shall have the right to determine the form and content of the types of pre-election campaign, while complying with the requirements of the legislation on elections, public events and media.

The volume of the program may not exceed two typewritten pages (no more than 4000 characters with spaces in computer set).

Funding for the manufacture of printed materials, rental of premises, equipment, payment of works (services), transport, office equipment, cover other expenses directly related to the candidate for the events of promotional nature, made exclusively from the funds of his election fund.
