Prevention of influenza and ARI is a general recovery, strengthening the body and stimulate the immune system by hardening, physical exercise outdoors, skating, swimming, the use of high-grade, vitamin-rich food, and in late winter and early spring - moderate intake of vitamin preparations.

Experts recalled that when visiting public events, especially passing indoors, you should try to avoid too close contact with sick people, abide by the \"respiratory etiquette\" - a set of simple rules of conduct aimed at limiting the spread of respiratory diseases. In particular, when coughing or sneezing is necessary to use a handkerchief, but it is preferable to use disposable paper handkerchiefs. In the absence of a handkerchief, colds person should sneeze and cough into the crook of the elbow and not in the palm of your hand to prevent the spread of infection through the hands and kitchen utensils. It is also important to frequently and thoroughly wash your hands with soap and water and try not to touch them to his mouth, nose and eyes. Should be avoided indoors coughing and sneezing of people and keep them at a distance.

If the family has a sick, if possible it should be placed separately from the others, to allocate a separate bowl. Nursing care is desirable to carry one person. All family members should observe good hygiene measures - frequent hand washing, rubbing hands with disinfectant. It is necessary to closely monitor the condition of the patient, so that when the possible deterioration of his health promptly see a doctor and get the necessary treatment. In addition, it is important to take care of yourself and other family members for symptoms of ARI.
