The company said that the area of ​​painting complex components for mining trucks is 1.7 sq m. It consists of three closed technological line. The first line is designed for dyeing of large assemblies weighing up to 31 tons. It consists of a washing and drying chamber and grit chamber for cleaning products from grease, rust and corrosion residues two painting and drying chambers and floor transport system.

The second line will be used for staining of parts and assemblies weighing up to 1700 kg, it consists of a washing and drying equipment with aqueous solutions of chemicals, \"small\" shot cameras, priming, drying ground, enameling, drying enamel and load-carrying conveyor special design. \"Coating and primers and enamels, drying of the layers is carried out on the most flexible technology - perhaps a different number of layers of primer and enamel on single pass product of the processing chain, and the design capabilities of the equipment the gamut of technological modes of use of various paints and varnishes\" - the press-service.

Due to the third line will be provided by the implementation of industrial-health and environmental requirements. Waste water solutions of washing techniques before discharge into drains tested chemical and physical purification to sanitary norms in the present site of the complex cleaning of painting. Waste paint production (waste synthetic filters, dried paints with tooling, etc.) will be removed to install the pyrolysis cleaning, washing solvents are regenerated in a special evaporator.
