The Belarusian automobile engineering company BelAZ will sell a batch of mine dump trucks to the Russian civil engineering company ZAO Stroyservis, the press service of the Belarusian company told BelTA.
According to the source, a number of protocols of intent between BelAZ and Russian companies were signed during the Forum of Regions of Belarus and Russia in Sochi on 17 September. For instance, BelAZ and ZAO Stroyservis signed a protocol of intent concerning the sale of 35 mine dump trucks with the carrying ability of 130-220 tonnes.
Apart from that, BelAZ intends to buy 147 alternating-current electric drives made by the Russian company OAO Power Machines. BelAZ also signed an agreement on strategic partnership with Russian Export Center and OAO VIST Group for the sake of joint promotion of merchandise and the implementation of comprehensive innovative projects on foreign markets.

In September 2012 BelAZ became the managing company of BelAZ Holding. BelAZ is the world\'s top manufacturer of mine dump trucks with a large carrying capacity and an extremely large carrying capacity as well as other heavy transport equipment used by the mining industry and the civil engineering industry.
