The Belarusian national forum of rural youth will be held in Stolbtsy District and Nesvizh District, Minsk Oblast, on 10-11 September, BelTA learned from the department for youth affairs at the Belarusian Education Ministry.
Partaking in the forum will be young education, culture, and healthcare specialists presently working in rural regions of Belarus and representatives of organizations engaged in agricultural development and attraction of youth to rural areas. The list of participants also includes members of youth public organizations and specialists from government agencies of Belarus and Russia (Altai Krai, the Chuvash Republic, Novosibirsk Oblast, the Sakha Republic and other regions of Russia).
The forum is intended to create conditions for the development of international cooperation between rural youth and establishment of interaction between government agencies, businesses and public organizations involved in social development of rural areas and promotion of rural employment and lifestyle.
Chairman of the Minsk Oblast Executive Committee Semyon Shapiro and Belarusian Deputy Education Minister Viktor Yakzhik are expected to attend the forum.
The national forum of rural youth has been organized by the Minsk Oblast Executive Committee and the Belarusian Education Ministry.
