Naroch region will develop weekend tours. The chairman of the Minsk Oblast Executive Committee Semyon Shapiro on July 24 at a retreat on the development of a resort zone Naroch region, BelTA has learned.
Semyon Shapiro noted that previously the local authorities have already given instructions for the elaboration of tourist routes. It was assumed that the delivery of tourists from Minsk will be put in a special bus route. Chairman of the Minsk Oblast Executive Committee stated that it is working closely nobody does. In addition, according to the Seeds Shapiro, the region lacks the active promotion of the tourist market.
Chairman of the Minsk Oblast Executive Committee instructed to consider new weekend tours that are popular among vacationers. In the I half of this year, weekend tours have visited more than 12 thousand. Tourists (for 2014 - about 18 thousand.), Semyon Shapiro called this figure insufficient.
The meeting Semyon Shapiro also instructed to consider the conditions for more active development of regional farms. Grown in these environmentally friendly products would enjoy demand from tourists, he said.
In Myadel district completes the implementation of the State program of development of the resort zone Naroch region for 2011-2015. As a result of the implementation of the state program on the base of the resort area it will create the largest recreational, cultural, entertainment and tourism center.
